Gravity Balance: Achieving Equilibrium for Better Health

Gravity plays a crucial role in our lives, exerting a downward force on our bodies and giving us weight. Understanding the concept of center of gravity is essential as it determines our balance and stability. The center of gravity, or center of mass, is the point at which a body’s weight is evenly distributed in all directions.
